Q. Are ClarityRx® products safe?

A. All of ClarityRx® products are made with the safest, purest ingredients, most of which are derived from plant and food sources. We stay away from known irritants to the skin such as synthetic fragrance and other harmful synthetic ingredients. Our products are also are paraben-free.

Q. How long does it take for me to receive my order?

A. All orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of the receipt of your online order. If there should be a delay for unforeseen reasons, our Customer Service Team will be in touch with you. In most instances, if your order is placed before 11am PST on a weekday, we’ll ship it out that same day. If your order is placed after 11am PST on a weekday or if your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we’ll ship it out the next possible business day.

Q. Where are ClarityRx® products made?

A. All of our products are proudly produced in the USA and at a state of the art FDA registered and GMP compliant manufacturing facility, using cutting edge technological equipment. We have the utmost faith in delivering the greatest product thanks to our stringent testing and quality control standards.

Q. How soon will I see results with ClarityRx® products or regimen?

A. Your skin will feel healthy, clean, fresh, and hydrated in just a few days! If you are looking to correct some unwanted skin conditions, the skin will continue to improve over time.

Q. Does your company test on animals?

A. We do not test any products on animals. We also do not work with any manufacturers that do animal testing.

Q. How can I track my Order?

A. Immediately after you have successfully placed your order on our website, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt; please feel free to print it for your records. The e-mail includes your order number, the details of the products, prices, quantities, promotional information, payment method(s), your shipping and billing addresses as well as the shipping method you selected. You can track the status of your order by clicking the link below “Track your order” on your Shipment Confirmation email.

Q. Are your products gluten-free?

A. Many of our products are gluten-free.

Q. Are your products vegan-friendly?

A. All of our products are vegan-friendly with the exception of our Brighten It™ Lactic Acid Solution.

Q. What products are safe for pregnant clients?

A. We recommend that pregnant clients check with their healthcare provider for any product contraindications that may be unique to them. It is generally recommended that our acid-based products should be avoided, as women may find that their skin is more sensitive during pregnancy and the safety is undetermined.

Q. Are there fragrances and colors added?

A. We use safe essential oils and the natural colors and fragrances of fruits, vegetables, and herbs to enhance some of our products’ colors and scents. We do not use artificial or alcohol-based fragrances or synthetic colorants.
