Our educational training programs are superior in that they offer everything from extensive product knowledge classes, to advance cosmetic chemistry courses, along with many skill-building courses such as consultative selling, retail selling, skin analysis, and more.  These are provided at our corporate training facility, at your location, and also via webinars, live pod casts and videos. All participants receive a certificate of completion for each class that they attend.  We feel that training is an essential piece to success, therefore, we offer the following training courses as part as an opening order package, or as a part of an on-going professional development and re-enforcement training.  Our courses are taught by Karla Keene, CEO, and a licensed, medically-trained aesthetician and educator with over 32 years of experience.

Level 1:  ClarityRx® Product Knowledge Training 

This training is available on-site with each initial minimal opening order per location.  It is also available via our live webinars each month as well as on our ClarityRx® training video.  You will learn about each product in detail as well as how to identify and treat all skin types, and a variety of skin conditions and how to apply our proven protocols for results!  You will gain the confidence necessary to succeed with both services and retailing the products.

Level 2:  All About ClarityRx® Peels

This is ideal for the esthetician that has gone through the initial product knowledge training and to learn everything there is to know about the different ClarityRx® peel solutions, their applications, the expected results, consent forms and record keeping materials, pre & post care   instructions, and more. This course offers both theory and practical for all students.

Level 3:  Advanced Training Courses

This course is ideal for the new graduate to learn the basics of Advanced Aesthetics in the workplace. In this 2-day course we cover a thorough skin analysis, record keeping materials, recognizing skin conditions, treatment recommendations, the importance of home care, and the latest equipment and products, the introduction to cosmetic chemistry, and more!

5-Day ClarityRx® Master Aesthetician Certification Course
Held at the ClarityRx® Corporate Training Facility

This five-day, intense certification course combines theory, demonstration, supervised hands-on practice, coaching and learning modules to help you become a masterful and confidant clinical skin care specialist. This course consists of both lecture and live, hands-on demonstrations on everything advanced aesthetics. Also, learn how to work with a physician or medical spa, the duties and responsibilities of the aesthetician in a medical environment, anatomy & physiology of the skin, cosmetic chemistry, chemical peeling, recognizing skin disorders, medical regulations (OSHA & HIPPA), medical terminology, medical charting, dermaplaning, advanced microdermabrasion techniques, & certification testing. 

This program is design to reward the professionals that participate in all levels of our education.  It is based on a per class point system that ranges from 10-50 points for each class taken.  These points are valued at 1 dollar each and can be used to redeem retail size product for their personal use or can be used towards any paid advanced aesthetics training classes.
